What people don’t get is you’re supposed to sand it down, rust reformer paint, engine enamel, and then apply the rubber coating. Rubber coating alone isn’t enough and they explicitly say that on the bottle.

Does the 2004 Silverado high side port have a screw I'm valve? Lol I changed my low side port valve that was leakingand went to change the high side, but there is no valve and no where to screw into ? U can press a flat piece down on the high side that looks like a cut off but no valve? Is this correct?

Matt, do you have any advice with the dash lights (speedometer, rpm, etc) not turning on and off with the headlights? Instead, they only turn on when I scroll the dimmer switch to the on position. This also turns on my cabin lights. In essence, I only have dash lights when my cabin lights are on which makes it impossible to drive at night. Any help is much appreciated. Later!

Hello, I have a John Deere 455 that used to be my dads and he passed a couple of years ago. I have since been trying to keep up with maintaining their property and the 455 has been giving me issues and has runaway on me before (I got it to die thankfully). I believe that the governor is stuck in this. I had just replaced the fuel filter, opened up the injection pump rack and freed up two stuck delivery valves, and cleaned up the injectors. This all helped and it fired off right away after bleeding the lines at the injectors and it immediately ran away. Am I on the right track in thinking the governor is stuck / something along those lines? Any tips, or help would be great as there is no how to that I can find on the governor for this engine. It is a Yammer 3 cylinder in-line, model number 3TNA72UJ3. Again, any help, pointers or tips are greatly appreciated as I have limited time that I am even able to get away to work on it, let alone try to keep up with the property. .. also, how likely is it that there was any damage done when it ran away and what would possibly have been damaged? Piston rings, valves, etc..?
